Wolverine Chapter Meet in Grand Haven, Michigan on
July 27, 2002

Thanks to the unflagging efforts of Rog Dykehouse and Dick VanRaalte and their wives, the first Wet Meet hosted by the Wolverine Chapter was a huge success! Great advance publicity (including a couple of articles in the Grand Haven Tribune, brought out hoards of local visitors.

Many brought treasures that were sold at the meet, adding to the ever expanding inventory of old iron being brought back to life. Attendance of AOMCI members from our Chapter, the Great Lakes Chapter and the MOB Chapter was excellent, as were the facilities. Ole and Carl were looking down on us and blessed us with great weather too. Here are a few shots Bruce Hazekamp and I managed to shoot. Hopefully some others will send along some too.

Thanks to everyone who attended and made this initial wet meet one for the history books! It'll be back next year and be bigger and better!
