This was another special meet to help Ginny and the family of our very dear special member Sam Vance (Mr. Elto) who sadly passed away early this year.

Mr. Sam Vance was the absolute and undeniable expert on Evinrude Light Twin Outboard motors (ELTO), and also collected Lionel Model Trains.
